Lumia dental is the best dental office in the NYC area. I am not a fan of dentist as I had bad experiences in my younger days. The moment you walk on the floor you can feel the positive vibe of the office. Everyone has an upbeat attitude, making you feel welcome and you definitely don’t feel like you’re in a dentist office. 5 stars for sure. Book your appt today. I watched Lucifer while having a root canal. Pretty cool

We love the staff at Lumia! Throughout every interaction they come across as an organized group of professionals that enjoy their work and interacting with their clients. We've been with them for 3 years now through regular cleanings, fillings, and Invisalign treatments. Cleanings are quick and thorough and they've been really wonderful with clear and consistent communication and follow up. Hands down the best dental practice I've ever had!

The staff here have won my heart for life! So personable and genuinely interested in you as a human being not just a paying client. From the friendly girls at the front desk to the talented dental hygienists everyone is so personable and kind. I also loved the fact that they took great care of me and ensured that I was not in any pain for my procedure, trusting what I said about my pain threshold instead of administering what they felt was recommended. I felt seen heard and understood. Much more than you’d expect from a dental office. And of course,the best part are the cute freebies! A lot of people hate going to the dentist but a trip to this office can fall right along with the other items on a self care spa day. Should out to Jackie, Annie, Miranda and Amanda!

Let's be honest, going to the dentist is rarely something to look forward to. I'm no exception, I absolutely hate it. But Lumia Dental has genuinely changed my perspective on dental visits. I stumbled upon this clinic through a Google search, and I'm so glad I did. Firstly, the office itself is spotless, which is obviously crucial for any healthcare setting but still worth noting. The staff goes above and beyond, always offering a friendly smile and excellent communication skills. They're also great with reminders, making it nearly impossible to forget an appointment. The dentists here are attentive, taking their time to do a thorough job without making you feel rushed or just like another number on their list. They're good listeners, never dismissive of my concerns, which has made my visits far less dreadful than they used to be. Lumia Dental has turned my dental anxiety around! It's safe to say I'll be a long-term patient.

Lumia Dental was truly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The office is very clean, staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was actually taken into the room early (no wait time!), however the dental hygienist and dentist were both very thorough and listened to my concerns. They took X-rays, have modern TVs, and talked through the entire process. Dr. Matour is amazing! Highly recommend! Overall, great experience!

BEST dentist experience I've ever had. Everyone was awesome, the front desk staff, Tatiana who saw me before the dentist, and Dr. Han was amazing. She explained everything she was doing as she checked out my teeth, and was incredibly patient and understanding with all of my questions and concerns. The front desk staff (sorry I didn't get your names!) were also great - really friendly and clearly cared about the client experience. Thanks so much, 10/10 would come back!

Lumia dental is for those that appreciate good service and quality care. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and ensure you're aware of out-of-pocket costs ahead of your arrival (!!!), and the providers are just as friendly, and do a great job on educating. Overall, my first visit here left me feeling reassured that they were closely looking at my mouth - Dr. Ali mentioned things no provider has ever *explained* to me; they would breeze over it, so I never thought it was important. You can tell everybody here really cares. Come here if you want to look forward to your dental visits!

I really don't write reviews, but this one is much needed. I have been to this office 3 times and every single time was great! Very nice clean fresh dental office. Very accommodating and won't drain your pockets! They listen to your needs and empathize with you regarding your needs!!! This is a plus for me because a couple of dental offices I went to were just money money money and that's it!! They are not overpriced! I'm treated like a human being and not just a patient!
